What is the PowerBreak Foundation?

Bob Brubaker  began the PowerBreak ministry in 1996 with a five minute daily radio program. The PowerBreak concept came to Bob when he thought of how he could help people "on the go" whether in business, athletics, or just life. As an endurance athlete, Bob thought of his ministry as the aid stations in a triathlon or marathon where an athlete gets a quick shot of water, Gatorade, or other nutrition and gets back into the race. As the PowerBreak radio ministry expanded, the PowerBreak publications were added.

As Bob’s triathlon experiences have expanded the past few years so have his opportunities to reach people via motivational talks in schools, churches, youth groups, and civic organizations. Bob has also been a part of the expansion of the Iron Prayer ministry to athletes at Ironman events worldwide.

Supporting the PowerBreak Foundation will help Bob reach his vision of using his triathlon competition and his writing and speaking gifts to help people of all ages and backgrounds succeed in the race of life.

 Everyone is in a race of some kind. Whether an athlete striving to finish a marathon or Ironman Triathlon, a business person succeeding at work, a husband or wife working at a good marriage, a minister doing his best to serve God, a student trying to make the grade, or any number of other examples. We are all in a race and our goal is to help you find the power available to succeed in your race. That power comes from God and his Word so whatever you get from any PowerBreak connection we hope you'll get the power available from God through His Word.
